— What is the process once we book for stationery?
We’ll help you through all the details, but we follow the steps below:
After Booking Our Services: After booking with Orchard, you can expect a personalized and collaborative experience as we begin bringing your wedding stationery suite to life. First of all - congratulations! Choosing a designer is often one of the hardest initial steps in the planning process, and you've already accomplished that.
Review & Confirm Design Proofs: We’ll kick things off with a design consultation to understand your wedding vision, theme, and must-have items. From there, we’ll guide you through selecting paper types, colors, fonts, and finishes, and present custom design proofs for your review. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback as we refine each piece—ensuring your suite reflects your style perfectly.
We Being Production: Once your designs are approved, we move into full production - where your vision becomes tangible. We carefully oversees the printing process, ensuring colors are accurate, materials are premium, and every detail meets our quality standards. From there, we handle all aspects of assembly, including hand-tying ribbons, affixing wax seals, stuffing envelopes, and organizing each suite with precision.
Invitation Suites Mailed To Guests: Next, we prepare your order for delivery or mailing, whether that means shipping the completed sets directly to you or managing mailing services on your behalf. Throughout this phase, we manage timelines closely so everything arrives exactly when you need it - beautiful, complete, and stress-free.
Goods Arrive For Your Event: As your event approaches, your paper goods will arrive beautifully packaged, organized, and ready for the big day. Whether shipped directly to your venue, planner, or home, or delivery in-person day-of, each item is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Day- of pieces like menus, programs, seating cards, and signage will be grouped for easy setup, so they can be placed seamlessly.
